Packaging:
All are wrapped in cellophane and a matching ribbon bow. (NOTE: ribbons and fabric may vary slightly based on availability). Each baby gift comes with its own customized Nutrition Facts sheet.
All of my diaper cakes (unless being delivered by myself) will be secured as much as possible in a box.
Box will be labelled appropriately with "THIS SIDE UP".

Shipping For EK Baby:
EK Baby offers FREE shipping on orders of $100 CAD and up (Mississauga ONLY).
Under $100 CAD, shipping is $15.00 CAD flat for the GTA.
No delivery to PO boxes.
Shipping is available to all of Canada. Rates may vary. Shipping via FedEx Ground.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (to USA):
Erika's Kreations also offers shipping to the United States of America via FedEx Ground.
Delivery time should be 6 to 10 business days but also depends on customs.
USA and International customers are responsible for any Broker, Duty and Customs Fees.
Please email me prior to ordering for more information.
NO LIQUIDS / NO CREAMS, etc., for orders to the USA or outside of Canada.
PLEASE NOTE: due to CUSTOMS when shipping outside of Canada, I cannot guarantee that the
diaper cake or any other baby gifts will be in their original packaging.
Shipping for EK Jewels/EK Home:
Packages are sent via Canada Post Ground. Delivery can be anywhere from 3-5 days locally to a
couple of weeks within Canada.
Once payment has cleared, package will be sent out the following Thursday.
Please note: stock availability will be written in each item.
FEDEX OPTION:
Please send me a request and I will get the exact rate from FedEx and advise.
If you do decide to go with FedEx, I will send you a separate invoice for the expedited shipping.
An email with a confirmation/tracking number will be sent once payment for expedited shipping has been received.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International packages may take several weeks via ground.
**Please be advised that I will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" or changing the monetary value of the contents.**
Rush Shipping:
Expedited shipping is available but additional fees may apply.

Please note that all orders are custom handmade for your order.
Although every effort is made to photograph the items accurately and describe the product in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the product. Please contact me with any questions about the colour or size of any item before purchasing. You may order swatches here.
My covers have an envelope closure on the back. The seams are surged to prevent fraying, and stress points are triple stitched for durability.
Please note: All products were made in a smoke-free and cat friendly environment.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS for Pillow Covers:
Use cold water and mild detergent (Woolite). Drying is NOT recommended - Air Dry Only. Do not Dry Clean. Hot iron as needed.
EK Jewels / EK Home Returns/Refunds:
I want you to love what you bought.
If you don't, you can return it within 7 business days of receiving your item for a refund less shipping. You must also pay for return shipping.
In order to request a return authorization, please email me and please let me know about the problem. Once you have received the return authorization number, you can send back your item. Please attach this form filled out along with your return. As long as the return is in it's original packaging and no damage has occurred, I'll refund the funds less the original shipping costs.
I reserve the right to refuse your return/refund if you haven't met these simple guidelines.
Please don't abuse my good will.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
No refunds for international buyers who refuse packages due to custom fees or any other reason.
